Prices are per room, per night, including full breakfast, taxes and free parking. All bedrooms at the Sycamore have shower, wash & toilet facilities. All bedrooms but one are with en-suite facilities.

Terms

Deposit
No deposit is required. We take a credit / debit card by phone to secure the booking. No funds are taken unless late cancellation. We reserve the right to try the your card.

Payment
On arrival or on departure, by any of the following methods:

* Sterling cash,
* British cheques
* Travelers cheques.
* All major cards accepted. (please note a surcharge of 3.5% may apply)

Cancellation

* 7 or more days notice for cancellation or modification, no charge
* Less than 7 days notice for cancelation or modification we charge in full, but only if we fail to re-let the room .

Guests are required to check out by 10.30 am to allow us to prepare for our next visitors

Non-Smoking
For the safety and comfort of our guests, we are a non-smoking residence.

Pets
Sorry, but again for the comfort of our guests, pets are not allowed.
